Terms of Use and User Agreement

1. Operator and agreement
Endo Powersports LLC operates GPT Cloak. Contact sales@endopowersports.com about the service, privacy, rights complaints or these terms. These Terms of Use are also our Terms and Conditions and User Agreement; those names refer to this single document. The Privacy Policy describes data processing.
Read both documents before submitting text. The editor requires an affirmative acknowledgement of these Terms, your authority to submit the text and adult eligibility before a check or edit. API submissions must also include acknowledgement of the current version. If you do not agree, do not submit or use the editing service. A privacy notice does not waive statutory rights or supply every consent required by law.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
The hosted editing service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. Only submit writing you are authorized to process through the service and its disclosed providers. You are responsible for the rules governing your writing, including school, employer, publisher and platform requirements. Do not submit AI-assisted work without required permission or attribution, misrepresent AI-generated output as solely human-written, conceal AI assistance when disclosure is required, plagiarize, or evade assessment or integrity rules.
3. Your inputs, outputs and rights
Between you and the operator, you retain the rights you already hold in submitted material. You permit the operator to transmit and process it through disclosed service providers as needed to deliver your requested editing and checking, maintain security and meet legal obligations. This does not authorize selling your text or using it for advertising. Do not submit another person's private data, confidential records or restricted material without necessary authority.
The operator does not claim ownership of your submitted text or returned writing. This does not guarantee that AI output is copyrightable, original, exclusive or free of third-party rights; other users may receive similar output. Check your output and obtain necessary permissions before publishing. References to third-party products do not grant rights in their services or trademarks.
4. Accuracy and detector limitations
AI can introduce mistakes, omit details, change meaning or generate material resembling existing work. Meaning checks, protected keywords and quote/number safeguards are fallible. Review facts, quotations, citations, numbers, rights and suitability before relying on any result. This service is not professional legal, medical or financial advice.
AI-writing scores are estimates, not proof of authorship, originality or misconduct. The rewriting model's own estimate is labeled separately from independent detector results. A pass refers only to applicable configured checks that returned a verdict for that text at that time. It does not predict another tool, future check or institution's judgment. Error, skipped and unconfigured results are not successful checks. No universal detector pass is guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use and restrictions
Do not use GPT Cloak for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, impersonation or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Do not attack the service, bypass security, rate or spending protections, extract credentials, interfere with other visitors or automate requests beyond authorized capacity. The operator may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address misuse or comply with law. Report rights violations or misuse to the contact above with enough detail to identify the issue.
6. Free access and availability
The current editor is free for visitors, without subscriptions or word-count quotas. Technical request-size limits, bounded attempts, timeouts, concurrency and abuse protection still apply. Long documents may need separate submissions. AI processing can pause when the operator's monthly budget is exhausted. Free access is not a promise of unlimited provider spending, continuous operation or high-volume API access.
Features, providers and availability may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued. Export browser records you need to keep: there is no account-based history backup or promise to preserve browser-local data. A visitor's use of the current free editor does not begin a paid subscription. A future paid offer would need to present its price and agreement before purchase.
7. Providers, affiliations and privacy
The hosted service currently uses Anthropic's Claude API and Fly.io hosting. No external detector API or Turnitin integration is enabled as of this version's date. Provider retention is separate from browser history and the application's own storage; do not assume zero retention. Read the Privacy Policy. Third-party websites you choose to open have their own terms and practices.
GPT Cloak is not affiliated with or endorsed by Humanize.io, OpenAI, Anthropic, Turnitin, Scribbr or other named detector providers. The manual Scribbr option is a separate action, and its results do not return to GPT Cloak's automatic badge. Deleting a browser record does not recall provider requests or delete exported files. Applicable privacy rights cannot be waived by these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GPT Cloak is supplied as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, detector outcomes, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You choose whether and how to use its results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including non-waivable consumer protections and liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
9. Updates and disputes
Changes will have a dated version available here. Material changes to permissions, obligations or data use will be surfaced to users, with renewed acceptance or separate consent where required. A silently revised privacy notice does not retroactively authorize a different use of previously submitted data. Please contact the operator about concerns. Nothing here removes your statutory right to complain to a regulator or use a competent court. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
10. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent lawful. These Terms govern this hosted service, rather than third-party websites or independently operated installations. Mandatory applicable law controls in case of conflict.
